PRIDE RIOT — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHO WE ARE

Pride Riot is a brand of Riot Life LLC, Phoenix, Arizona. By using prideriotofficial.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. USING THIS SITE

You confirm you're at least 18, or using the site with a parent or guardian's permission. Don't use our site or products for anything illegal, and don't misuse our content.

 

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are in USD and can change without notice. Every product is made to order: production takes 2–7 business days, then delivery takes 3–7 business days. We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, plus a short list of countries across Asia, Latin America and Africa. Standard shipping is free to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand on every order. The other countries on that list pay a flat $7 per order on light parcels, and nothing once the order is over 12 oz — the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for the full list. If your country isn't on that list, we can't ship there yet.

 

4. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Our full Refund Policy governs. In short: defective, damaged, or wrong items are replaced free if reported within 30 days of delivery with a photo; one $8 size swap per order within 30 days; full refunds only before production begins (usually within 24 hours of ordering). Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

 

5. SHIPPING ISSUES

We're not responsible for carrier delays or errors caused by an incorrect address you provided. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, email us and we'll help make it right.

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, artwork, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Riot Life LLC. Don't reproduce, resell, or modify them without written permission.

 

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Products are provided as-is beyond manufacturing defects. To the fullest extent the law allows, Riot Life LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.

 

8. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy (linked in the site footer) explains what we collect and how we use it. We never sell your personal information.

 

9. CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site means you accept them.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
