DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR WRONG ITEM

We replace it free. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. No return shipping, no hoops — we just make it right.

 

WRONG SIZE

One hassle-free size swap per order: within 30 days of delivery, email us and we'll reprint your item in the right size for a flat $8. Keep or donate the original — no need to ship it back.

 

CHANGED YOUR MIND

Because production starts fast, full refunds are available only before your order goes to print — usually within 24 hours of ordering. After that, the piece exists because you did.

 

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
